Humanity, like the shell of a farmhouse, is fragile in its vulnerability to weather the impositions of man. The path to the heart of the structure is rough terrain, and most people give up before ever reaching it. On the outside, the farmhouse looks broken and desolate. A closer look reveals a renewed and sacred place in its ruins from a position of faith. No storm can unhinge it, no wind can bruise it, and it remains whole and complete, despite all of its shortcomings. This is what God does in our lives, and this is how an awakening begins. By forcing ourselves to stop focusing on the exterior and strive for a greater, deeper, and more significant purpose–one with an eternal inheritance.
Blue Withens is an oasis, a platform for encouragement and inspiration to anyone who may find it here–even as small as a bucket of blue-beaded water on a day already scorched by flames.
